Job Description

Position Overview

Drives business productivity, efficiency and operations through innovation and project management execution. Leverages technology solutions, process reengineering to streamline and improve operational efficiency. Develops and applies data-driven metrics to evaluate operational effectiveness at the business, regional and ground level. Provides function-specific and/or cross-functional support to enhance business operations effectiveness and efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Provides project management / business operations support within a defined organizational area or for assigned processes or process components.
  • Initiates and kicks-off project implementation, tracking high volume projects. 
  • Analysis trends, data and process improvements and day to day field activities
  • Engages with functional / operational leaders to understand business systems, processes, objectives, challenges and areas for improvement.
  • Partners with internal and/or external process / design experts to:
  • Create new processes, policies and solutions to support business objectives,
  • Develop re-engineering and other improvement objectives, project parameters and resource requirements,
  • Analyze workflows and identify issues, bottlenecks or other areas for effectiveness or efficiency improvement,
  • Provide necessary process education and training,
  • Contributes to the development and analysis of process improvement recommendations by serving as a project team member and supporting efforts of the team.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Exceptional customer service, client facing skills
