• Provides Software Engineering for moderately complex software systems and applications.
• Designs, develops, tests and documents moderately complex software systems and applications.
• Estimates complex software development tasks to within predictable variances, given specified functional and business requirements.
• Assists with the creation, development, implementation and monitoring of solution delivery plans.
• Presents system alterations and designs to peers and colleagues.
• Helps define and support coding standards.
• Works with QA leads to ensure quality and performance adherence to specifications for overall release.
• Provides Q&A and peer review for fellow developers.
• Breaks down large-scale functional and business requirements into single or multiple projects suitable for high-level estimation.
• Identifies tasks for automation and works with appropriate teams to develop end products that generate greater efficiency.
