Position Overview
- Provides Software Engineering for an assigned set of applications or system elements.
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting for new and existing systems, making recommendations for their improvement.
- Codes basic components according to standard protocols and coding guideline
- Assists in the implementation, customization and integration of more complex tasks under supervision of experienced SW Engineer.
- Analyses and solves identified defects
- Participates in design discussions about features and approaches to implementing new services.
- Notifies team or technical manager of variances from plans and identifies changes in scope or work
- Writes unit and system tests to provide coverage for common code paths.
- Follows secure coding practices and aligned testing requirements.
