Position Overview:

Designs, creates, tests and improves new and existing products, systems and services. Engages cross-functionally with other technical / engineering teams to define product requirements, develop concepts, drive production processes, test prototypes and make real time adjustments to improve performance and functionality. Ensures all systems function according to design, technical specifications and cost targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Engages with cross disciplinary colleagues to conceive and design innovative technologies
Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to drive key aspects of technology solution definition, execution and validation
Drives innovative thinking and applies state-of-the-art technologies to solve development and operational challenges
Establishes cross functional tests, requirements, specifications, etc.
Works concurrently with quality engineers to establish testability feedback throughout the design process

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or equivalent work experience required
Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in sales, account management, and/or new business development (may be adjusted based upon local regulations or level of position)
Good business English skills (written and spoken)
